Jury Equity

Law Reform must never erode the right to Jury Equity. It must continue the right to allow a jury on a particular trial to decide the case differently on some occasions than a professional judge on the same trial would have done. The decisions of juries carry no precedent as their powers to adjudicate on fact are limited to the unique case being tried.

Do you mean "jury nullification"? You really do know a vast amount about the law and criminal justice, don't you.
